#Health Care Worker #Vaccine Mandate in Effect Nationwide

Ask this, how is something #unconstitutional and backed up by the #SCOTUS that it is unconstitutional except for heath care workers. I have read the constitution and can't find it anywhere. Maybe SCOTUS can explain how Constitutional Law excludes Health Care Workers.
